The statement is uploaded but no transactions appear

Check the Statements list in the upload panel. Extraction takes a few minutes, and the transactions are in only once the file shows the Extracted tag. The Unreconciled count on the ledger row updates at the same time.

Payments are not matched to bills

Matching runs against open bills and invoices fetched from Tally, or created in AI Accountant. If your company was not synced before the upload, there was nothing to match against. Sync the company, then review the transactions.

The predicted ledger or voucher type is wrong

Change it in the row, or in the voucher panel. Predictions improve as the model sees more of your history, including custom voucher types.

The amount posted on account instead of against a bill

You assigned the ledger from the table, and that party is maintained bill by bill. In-line assignment posts on account by design. Open the transaction at ledger level to allocate against specific bills.

Mark as ready is greyed out

At least one selected transaction is not fully matched or categorised. Every voucher needs a ledger allocation, and a voucher number if your Tally uses manual numbering.

A transaction was marked Accounting Ready by mistake

Use the Undo arrow on that row in the Accounting Ready tab to send it back to Needs Review.

I cannot delete a transaction

Delete works on unsynced transactions only. Entries already in Tally have to be handled in Tally.

One entry needs bank charges or TDS on it

Open the transaction and use Add ledger in Ledger Allocation to add the second ledger line to the same voucher.
