Every purchase bill at Sinnova Tech Engineering used to take the same route.

Sinnova is a [city]-based [engineering and manufacturing] company with an in-house finance team of five. The process worked. But it only moved as fast as the team could type, and only when the team was at their desks.

Sinnova's finance team entered every purchase bill into Tally by hand. Each one meant reading the bill, finding the vendor, picking the ledger, checking the GST split, and posting the voucher.

Sinnova connected AI Accountant to its existing Tally and switched on purchase bills and GST. No migration and no new accounting software to learn. Setup went through with no issues in ledger mapping, vendor masters, or stock items.
Now the team uploads a bill and AI Accountant does the reading. It pulls the vendor, invoice, item, and tax details, then predicts the right ledger and GST treatment from Sinnova's own Tally setup. The accountant reviews the entry, and it posts.

Sinnova has processed more than 400 bills since go-live, 120 of them in the last 30 days. That is a month of purchase bills in under an hour.
The difference shows most on leave days. A single accountant can now handle Sinnova's full purchase workload alone. The team wasn't looking to hire, and it doesn't need to.
