Where is my Personal Data stored?

Yes. The Company states it controls access to computer resources and periodically reviews logs to detect unauthorized access.
Do you sell or rent my Personal Data?
No. The Platform does not sell, distribute, or lease Personal Data to third parties.
When do you share Personal Data with partners?
The Platform may partner with service providers (“Partners”) to offer certain facilities. Any Personal Data shared with Partners is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the services users specifically select, and Partners are urged to process Personal Data consistently with the Privacy Policy.
When can Personal Data be disclosed for legal reasons?
The Platform may disclose Personal Data when it believes disclosure is reasonably required by law, statutory/regulatory/judicial bodies, legal processes (e.g., subpoena/court order), or to protect rights, reputation, property, users, affiliates, or the public.
What happens if there is a Personal Data security breach?
In the event of a security breach of Personal Data, the Platform will intimate each affected user individually without delay.
Do you store credit card details, passwords, or PINs?
No. The Privacy Policy states the Platform does not store users’ credit card information or passwords / PINs.
10) How long do you retain Personal Data?
Personal Data may be stored beyond the transactional/account relationship only if required for contractual/legal/regulatory obligations, legal claims/disputes, audits/compliance/fraud detection, regulatory inquiries, security incident investigation, law enforcement requirements, as specified in the Privacy Policy, or specific consents. Retention/deletion is in strict compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, with notice where deletion is mandated.
How do I request access, correction, update, or erasure of my Personal Data?
You may email consent_manager@aiaccountant.com from your registered email ID (or write by post). After verification, the Company will give effect to the request promptly, and no later than 30 business days.
Will AI Accountant ever ask for bank or card authentication details over email?
No. The Platform will never ask you to confirm bank account or credit card authentication details via email; if you get such an email, you should not respond and should inform the Platform.
