# Read the reconciliation results

> What each match status means for your credit, and how to slice the results by month, vendor, or invoice.

Results open in **Summary View**, grouped by match status. Each status has a compliance meaning, so read them in that light rather than as a pass or fail count.

## Match statuses

| Status | What it means |
| ----------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Fully Matched | The invoice matches exactly between your books and 2B. Clean, claimable ITC. |
| AI Match | Matched despite a small difference, such as a slightly different invoice number, date, or amount. Differences are highlighted in red. |
| AI Probable Match | A looser match on the same basis. Worth a look before you rely on it. |
| Manually Matched | Entries you paired up yourself. |
| Missing in PR | On the portal but not in your books. You may have missed recording a purchase, which means missing out on credit. |
| Missing in 2B | In your books but not on the portal. Usually your supplier has not filed or uploaded the invoice, so that ITC is at risk until they do. Chase these before your filing deadline. |

For each status you can compare **Count**, **Taxable Value**, and **Tax Value** between your GSTR-2B data and your purchase register, with the **Difference** called out on the right. The Total row at the bottom ties it together.

## Invoice View

Each invoice shows its 2B line and your purchase register line stacked together, so a different amount, number, or date is easy to spot, along with the **Tax Difference**.

This is also where you classify each credit.
